The Subscription Utilization Screen

Selecting Reports>Subscription Utilization opens the Subscription Utilization screen, which allows you to view the number of licenses purchased and utilized for the selected SSO and/or Provisioning Connector(s) at the specified Organization. You may also purchase and allocate Resources.


To use this screen:
  1. Select the Organization to view using the Organization pull-down menu.
  1. Click Generate.

The Admin Console generates a report with the following information:

  • Product: Name of the Resource.
  • Type: Type of Resource (such as Online course or SSO Connector).
  • Subscription: Type of subscription (either Standard or Premium).
